About me
Erin Webster is an artist, an educator, and a recipient of the 2025 Teach Plus Change Agent Grant from the Central Valley of California. Holding a master's degree and a single-subject teaching credential in visual art from Fresno State University, Erin is deeply committed to the storytelling potential of art and its capacity to create spaces for reflection, dialogue, and healing.At this conference, Erin is presenting her project, Arts on the Plaza. Funded by her Teach Plus grant, this initiative specifically utilizes the arts to support Principle 1 of the English Learner (EL) Roadmap, fostering assets-oriented and needs-responsive school climates for newcomer students. Erin is dedicated to using creative expression as a force for resilience, transformation, and empowerment.
