About me
Dr. Rima Haroun is an administrator at SDCOE, championing multilingual learners and their families. A former K–12 teacher and district leader, she has also taught at Chapman University, UC Irvine, and SDSU. Her passion is coaching and supporting educators systemwide to advance asset-driven, needs-responsive practices that elevate every student’s brilliance.
